Principals of TWC Association Management, Inc., Ms. Pamela Ward and Mr. Kim Hendon are long term Northern Virginia residents. Their combined backgrounds in Management, Real Estate, Education, and Accounting, as well as dedication to community service, have gained TWC recognition and a competitive edge in the community association management field.

Their knowledge and experience, along with their commitment to sound management principals, creative ideas, and desire to maintain a progressive work environment, have contributed to the continual growth and success of TWC.

Ms. Pamela Ward is President and a founding partner of TWC Association Management. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northwestern University with additional graduate study at American University. She has several years’ experience in national association administration and over thirty years in the community association management field.

Mr. Kim Hendon is Vice President and partner of TWC Association Management. He has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a double major in Finance and Insurance and a minor in Public Administration. Additional studies include real estate management, finance, and construction engineering courses. His career spans over thirty years in the finance, management, property management, construction, and real estate fields.
